About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our innovative technology company. As a key piece of EFFY´s sales strategy and plan, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth on a global scale. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our company's success and contribute to shape the future of our sales strategy.
To join our team as a Senior Sales Executive, you must have:
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a global context.
Deep understanding of the tech industry. Expertise in Business Assurance and Revenue Assurance solutions selling is a plus.
Experience in working in international sales teams and a strong understanding of global market dynamics. Ability to navigate and excel in diverse cultural and business environments.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and prospect’s organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
We expect that you will be able to:
Pitch our solutions and develop storytelling around our multi-industry use cases;
Identify new business opportunities to capture among the defined industries and strategic markets, and develop new business and key account plans;
Monitor the KPIs of the accounts and establish contingency plans;
Be a team player to collaborate with the marketing, pre-sales, delivery services and managed services teams in the forecasting and selling process;
Be proactive in anticipating situations and delivering solutions;
Be dynamic and self-motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations;
Be able to work in a virtual team environment;
Have availability to travel.
Live or be based in Portugal, Europe or Middle East;
Have worked for some time on Customer or “buy” side in one or more of our focus industry sectors: Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom.
